With the nick name "Psycho", Pozza has made a reputation for being a tough tackling defender. Although fair in the challenge pozza has been know to injure several of the opposition in a single game. Never pulling out of a tackle even when the odds maybe against him his commitment to the team can never be in question. Also in the amoury of the "Psycho" is his adaptability enabling him to fill in seemlessly in a wide range of postions.
