BIOGRAPHY
COMMITTEE MEMBERS
Few clubs of such infancy can boast a chairman of such outstanding football knowledge and world influence. Often linked to the managers post at Portsmouth, Andy has chosen instead to stay loyal to the club which he created. Over the years the OTs guide and mentor has ploughed his life savings into the club. Rarely has a chairman shown so much commitment - whilst still allowing those below him independence; until something important comes up, at which point he rules with an iron fist.

It is believed that this iron fist mentality has arisen as a result of his frustration at an underachieving managerial career. Andy, previously occupied the role of Director of Football at Tonbridge School but was known for making some notoriously bad decisions. Since Andy has stepped down the school has progressed to a dominant force in world football.
